Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies exclusively to the Cate & Chloe Moissanite Ring Try-On At Home Program.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

  1. All try-on kits are shipped via USPS

  2. U.S. customers only (international shipping is not available)

Delivery Time

  1. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

  2. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand

Cate & Chloe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Evaluation Period

  1. The 10-day evaluation period begins on the delivery date, as confirmed by USPS tracking

  2. Customers are responsible for tracking delivery and return deadlines

Return Shipping Instructions

  1. A prepaid USPS return label is included in every kit

  2. Customers must:

  3. Place all ring samples in the provided return pouch

  4. Use their own shipping envelope or mailer

  5. Ship the package within the 10-day evaluation window

Failure to ship within the allowed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Return Condition Requirements

All returned ring samples must:

  1. Be included in full (up to 4 rings)

  2. Be free of damage, excessive wear, or alterations

  3. Be returned together in one shipment

Late, Missing, or Damaged Returns

  1. Late returns: Deposit forfeited

  2. Missing or damaged rings: $10 fee per ring, deducted from the deposit

  3. Non-returned kits or severe damage: Full deposit forfeiture

Cate & Chloe reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items.

Refunds & Store Credit Processing

  1. Refunds or store credit are processed after the returned kit is inspected

  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  3. Store credit is issued electronically and does not expire

Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not required to be returned:

  1. Keepsake jewelry case

This item is yours to keep regardless of return outcome.

Final Notes

  1. Participation in the Try-On Program does not require a purchase

  2. Store credit is encouraged to maximize value

  3. Abuse of the Program may result in future participation restrictions
