Yes! If you return the rings on time and decide not to purchase, you can request a full refund. But we encourage you to use it as store credit—it never expires and can be used on anything we offer. Any missing or damaged ring results in a $5 deposit deduction.

Sample rings come as-is and cannot be customized. They are designed to represent the styles available for purchase.

You'll have 10 days from delivery to return the rings using the provided label and pouch.

The jewelry case included in your kit is yours to keep.

The sample rings are not made with moissanite, they are made of brass with 18k white gold plating and AAA cubic zirconia crystals. They are replicas of our sterling silver moissanite designs.

We offer a U.S.-only shipping service for our Moissanite Ring Try-On At Home Program, with all kits sent via USPS and typically arriving within 2–5 business days. Each kit includes a prepaid return label, and customers have a 10-day evaluation period starting from the delivery date to try the rings at home. To complete the return, all ring samples must be placed in the provided pouch and shipped back within the timeframe using your own mailer. Items must be returned in full and in good condition; late, missing, or damaged returns may result in fees or forfeiture of the deposit. As this is a try-on program, cancellations are not typically required once an order has shipped. However, customers may choose not to proceed with a purchase after the evaluation period with no obligation. Exchanges are not applicable to the try-on kits themselves, but customers are free to select different styles in future orders or purchases.
