Eligibility
The Cate & Chloe Diamond Circle Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all individuals who:
Are legal residents of the United States, and have created a customer account with Cate & Chloe and accepted the Terms. There is no minimum age requirement to join, but participants under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian where applicable by law. Each individual may maintain only one loyalty account. Cate & Chloe employees are eligible to participate. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these Terms and any updates.
Earning Points
Members can earn loyalty points through purchases and engagement such as:

Sign Up =+10 Points
Purchase = 5 Points per $1 spent
Leave a Product Review = +25 Points
Follow on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook = +10 Points each
Birthday Gift = +100 Points
Rewards & Redemption
Silver Sparkler Tier = 1,000–1,499 Points earn you $20 Off
Golden Glow Tier = 1,500–1,999 Points earn you $40 Off + Free Item
Diamond Darling Tier = 2,000+ Points earn you $80 Off + Free VIP Box (3 Items)
Program Modification & Termination
Cate & Chloe reserves the right to:
- Change or terminate the Program at any time.
- Modify how points are earned, redeemed, or valued.
- Adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or expiration policies.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts showing abuse, manipulation, or fraud.
Communications & Marketing Consent
By joining the Program, you consent to receive:
- Email and/or SMS communications related to points, rewards, or promotions.
- Loyalty-related updates and expiration reminders.
- You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, but this may affect your access to Program benefits.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Program is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to the Program shall be resolved either through: Binding arbitration in Maricopa County, AZ, OR The state or federal courts of Arizona, at Cate & Chloe’s discretion.
