Q: How do I redeem my voucher code?
A: Please select the item you have purchased, click checkout, enter all of your order information, then enter you voucher code in the Discount code field and click apply.

Q: Why does my balance reduce to zero instead of the price advertised on the deal site?
A: To be clear, the price advertised on the deal site is what you paid the deal site to obtain the voucher code. When you redeem your code on our site, your balance reduces to zero accordingly. In most cases, there may be an additional shipping fee incurred to complete your redemption.
 
Q: I've redeemed my voucher code correctly and submitted my order. How long until I receive my purchase?
A: Please refer to the redemption page or deal terms for estimated shipping timeframes. You will typically receive your order within 2-3 weeks from the date of redemption, if not sooner.
 
Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: Whenever we ship an order, a notification email is sent with tracking information so you can follow your order as it makes its way to your location. Make sure you double check when entering your email address so we can notify you correctly!
