Necklace

I bought this necklace for my mom and even though it was on sale the actual price was listed significantly higher making me assume that it was good quality. We received the necklace and yes it appeared gorgeous in every aspect. Except the fact that the necklace is tarnished and creating a green ring around the neck. Very disappointed to see this happening.
