United StatesThe lobster clasp broke when my daughter was putting this on she didn’t want to tell me - disappointed in the quality she didn’t even get to wear it - I bought 2 and the other one seems fine?!

Superb Customer Service beautiful bracelet
I ordered 2 of these lovely bracelets for my daughters for Xmas - one of them had a faulty clasp - the other was perfect. Cate and Chloe customer service was prompt and kind when responding to my email and sent out a replacement bracelet to replace the one with the faulty clasp! You have earned a lifelong customer - THANK YOU the bracelets are beautiful and high quality!!! My daughters love them ❤️
